St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler visits with Mark Ruskikh

Today, St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler visits with Mark Ruskikh, a foreign exchange student from Ukraine. Ruskikh made a request to shadow the sheriff for a day. During the visit, Sheriff Keeler explained his duties and responsibilities.

The sheriff also discussed the legal, social and administrative aspects of his office. Ruskikh toured the St. Clair County Jail, the St. Clair County Courthouse, and was able to ride along with a detective working on an active fraud case.
