St. Clair County Sheriff's Office:Warrant arrest for failing to appear

On Oct. 22, Rhannon Rymer, 24, Springfield, was arrested on two St. Clair County misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of possessing marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from an incident in January with Missouri State Highway Patrol. Total bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
