On Oct. 13, Vicki Gilmore, 37, Appleton City, was arrested in Henry County on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The warrant was issued on Oct. 7. The charge stems from a drug investigation on Oct. 1 at Gilmore and her boyfriend, Joshua Foley’s, residence on West First Street, Appleton City. St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and officers from the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force located methamphetamine, Hydrocodone, and drug paraphernalia in the residence. On Oct. 7, an arrest warrant was also obtained for Foley, 31, Montrose, charging him with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. On Oct. 8, Foley was arrested in Henry County on the warrant. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety in each case.
