Pauline Skaggs, of Tucker, GA, formerly of Rich Hill, passed away on Thursday, November 27th in Georgia. She was 95. Arrangements are under the direction of Heuser Funeral Home in Rich Hill. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 5th at 1:00 P.M. at the Heuser Funeral Home, with burial in the Green Lawn Cemetery in Rich Hill.
