St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Man arrested on burglary charges

On Jan. 20, Edwin Lyons, 37, Columbia, was arrested on two St. Clair County felony warrants, a class C felony charge of burglary-second degree and a probation/parole violation on an original class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. 

The burglary charge is an Osceola Police Department case stemming from an incident on Jan. 2. Total bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.
