Carthage man arrested in connection to a Nevada burglary case

A Carthage man has been arrested in connection to a Nevada burglary case. According to Nevada Police Department Officials, On February 12th, Officers were dispatched to a report of a burglary. During the investigating, an eye witness reported to having witnessed the suspect force entry into the residence, where it was also determined the suspect acted alone. 

The suspect has been identified as 30 year old Dustin Bittick. Bittick is charged with attempted burglary in the 2nd degree, and property damage in the 2nd degree. Bittick is being held in the Vernon County Jail. Bond has been set at $6,000 cash or surety.
