Nevada warehouse of nearly 30 years is set to close

A Nevada warehouse of nearly 30 years is set to close in April. Missouri Eagle announced Monday that they be closing their warehouse in Nevada effective on Monday, April 6th. However, they will maintain a satellite dock facility and office in our area. Missouri Eagle C.O.O. Charles Brown Jr. says, they have been a proud member of the Nevada business community for 30 years, and look forward to maintaining and growing that relationship. Brown also stated, that there would be minimal impact to the workforce, with the majority of employees remaining intact and continue to work out of Nevada. Trucks will be loaded at Missouri Eagle's Joplin facility, with routes originating from both Joplin and Nevada. One route will be serviced from the company's Lebanon facility. The closure will allow Missouri Eagle to maintain it's current level of customer service and position it for future growth.
