On 7/10/16 around 1:00am the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with assistance of the Bates and Miami County Sheriffs Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on State Line Road at 399th in rural Bates County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1997 Toyota Tacoma driven by 19 year old Kyle J. Webb of Ft.Scott, Kansas traveled off the roadway and struck a ditch.
A passenger in the truck 17 year old Alyssa A. Martin of Adrian, Missouri sustained moderate injuries in this accident and she was transported by private vehicle to Bates County Memorial Hospital.
The truck was towed from the scene by R/T Tow.
