Harley C. Lumpkins, 28, has plead guilty felony charges in the murder of Charles "Chuck" Keough in Merwin, Mo last August.
A police account of the incident says Lumpkins rendered Keough unconscious and later returned with a knife, stabbing the victim multiple times in the presence of Keough's family members.
Lumpkins plead guilty to felony counts of second-degree murder, burglary, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to 4, 10 and 25 year prison terms to be served concurrently.
