On 7/13/16 around 7:51pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 46 year old Betty L. Harris of Kansas City, Missouri.She was arrested on 1.) Misdemeanor St. Clair County Warrant.
Betty L. Harris was booked into the Bates County Jail and is currently listed as bondable.
