Osceola man arrested for drugs in St. Clair County

On July 20, a St.
Clair County deputy arrested Herman Long, 36, Osceola, on a St. Clair
County warrant charging him with unclassified felony statutory
sodomy-first degree. Bond is set at $50,000 cash only. The charge stems
from an Osceola Police Department (OPD) investigation on June 22.
The warrant was
served at the St. Clair County Jail where Long is currently in custody
on class B felony charge of distribution, delivery, manufacture or
production of a controlled substance.
This is also an OPD investigation
stemming from an investigation on June 23. Bond in this case is set at
$20,000 cash or surety.
