On 8/13/16 around 1:19pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 29 year old Wandy Y. Guzman-Crus of Blue Springs, Missouri.He was arrested for 1.) 3 Misdemeanor Lafayette County Missouri Sheriffs Office.
Mr. Guzman-Crus was booked into the Bates County Jail and is currently listed as bondable.
