Melanie R. Foley was booked into the Vernon County Jail and is awaiting arraignment on the charge which is set for August 17th in Vernon County Associate Circuit Court.

Accodring to court docket information, available online, the warrant for Foley's arrest was issued on May 26, and was executed Tuesday by Vernon County Sheriff's. Foley was initially arrested in April 2016 on the charge, and she is represented by public defender Warren Reiter.
An arraignment on the charge has been set for August 17 at 9:00 a.m. in front of Judge Neal Quitno in Vernon County Associate Circuit Court.
