On Aug. 8, Jimmy
Clark, 48, Independence, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for
failing to appear in court on an original class C felony charge of
theft. The warrant was issued in November 2015 and bond is set at
$8,999.50. The original
charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation in
October 2011 when deputies took a report from Dr. John Ure in reference
to a burglary at his residence on NE 1174 Private Road located in
Ninnescah Park. Ure reported a safe was stolen during the incident. The
safe was later recovered with assistance from the Missouri State Highway
Patrol Dive Team.
In February 2012 Clark plead guilty to the charge and the imposition of
sentencing was suspended and he was placed on five years of supervised
probation. He was ordered to pay a maximum of $12,875 in restitution. |
