On 8/21/16 around 7:19pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 28 year old Ruben Ramirez - Reyes of Grandview, Missouri.He was arrested for 1.) 3 Misdemeanor Traffic Warrants out of Grandview Police Department.
Mr. Reyes was booked into the Bates County Jail and is currently listed as bondable.
