The Bates County Sheriff's Office along with Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County and the Butler Fire Department are on scene of a one vehicle accident in the Northbound Lanes of I-49 at Mile Marker 125.2 ( Rich Hill is Mile Marker120).We are unsure at this time of any injuries associated with this accident and the nature of the accident is said to be one vehicle that is of roadway and down a ditch.
