Stolen 4-Wheeler from Bates County recovered in Warsaw
On June 15, 2016 a Bates County Sheriff's Deputy took a report of a stolen 4-wheeler in Drexel, MO. The 4-wheeler was a 2008 Yamaha Grizzly that had two gun racks on the front of it. The Deputy observed tracks from the house to the field north of the residence.
The Deputy observed a fence post broken and paint on the barb wire that could have come from the stolen 4-wheeler. The victim valued the 4-wheeler at $4500.00.
During the search warrant that was conducted on August 8, 2016 in Drexel, MO the Bates County Sheriff’s Office received information on the above stolen 4-wheeler.
On August 11, 2016 Detectives traveled to Warsaw, MO where they were able to recover the stolen 4-wheeler.
