Butler man arrested for Class B Felony

On July 18, 2016 The Bates County Sheriff’s Office along with CNET Drug Task Force and Butler Police Department conducted a search warrant at 509 N Austin in Butler, MO.

As a result of this search warrant, on September 7, 2016 Stacey S. Thomas (DOB 9/17/63) was formally charged with Distributing, Delivering and Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance. 

This charge is a Class B Felony. His bond was set at $25000.00 cash or surety. 

On September 8, 2016 Thomas bonded out of the Bates County Jail on the above charges.
