Former Butler man arrested on St. Clair County Warrant

On Sept. 21, Roy Love, 21, El Dorado Springs, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on class B misdemeanor exceeded the posted speed limit by 25 miles-per-hour or over and an infraction of person under 18 operating or riding in a truck failing to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt. The warrant was issued on Aug. 15. Bond is set at $470 cash only.
The original charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on May 27 when a deputy conducted a traffic stop on in the Tifin area for speeding.
