William Eugene "Bill" Uhlenbock was born July 1, 1933 to William Frederick Uhlenbock and Pearl Leora Freeman Uhlenbock in Roseland, MO. Bill attended Roseland Grade School and graduated from Calhoun High School in 1951. On October 12, 1968 Bill married Karen Lee Borum. Bill served honorably in the US Army 59th Field Artillery Battalion, was a member of the Calhoun American Legion, and served as the Mt. Olivet Baptist Treasurer and Church Deacon. Bill worked for Williams Rock Co and retired as a Rural Mail Carrier for the USPS. He enjoyed raising cattle on his Missouri Century farm.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
Among survivors are his wife, Karen of the home, one sister; Frances Wright (Wilbur) of Lincoln, MO., Nephews; Steven (Delania) Wright and Stanley (Judy) Wright of Lincoln, Niece; Sheree (Darren) Eckhoff of Lincoln, as well as several Great Nephews and Nieces and other family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton.
