Lessie J. Davis

Lessie J. Davis, age 73, Blue Mound, Kansas passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Olathe Hospice House. She was born on August 13, 1943 in Arkansas the daughter of Alfred and Florence Vincent Quarles. She married Bobby Gene Davis on August 3, 1962 at Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Charles and Jeff Quarles. She is survived by her husband Bobby, three sons: Earron Davis and Pam, Bobby Davis and Debra, Ronald Davis and Missie, three brothers: Howard, Bobby and Gerald Quarles, ten grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and two on the way.
Graveside funeral service will be held 2:30 pm Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the Sunny Slope Cemetery, Blue Mound, Kansas. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel. The family suggests contributions to Linn County Care to Share.
