Randall “Randy” Joel Ragan, 58, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Monday, September 26, 2016 at Meadow View of Harrisonville. Graveside services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Crescent Hill Cemetery in Adrian, Missouri.
