According to Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher, Kenneth D Shephard, 56 of Nevada, Gregory G Pryor, 52 of Nevada, Cynthia Jean Hackma, 45 of Nevada, and 45-year old Randy Elliott, of Nevada have all been charged with felony drug related charges. Mosher said the following charges were issued late Monday evening:
Mr. Shephard: Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond - $10,700
Mr. Elliott: Possession and Keeping or Maintain a Public Nuisance. Bond- $10,700
Mrs. Hackman: Distribution, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance. Bond - $10,000
Mr. Pryor: Distribution, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Use of drug Paraphernalia - $50,000
Mr. Shephard: Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond - $10,700
Mr. Elliott: Possession and Keeping or Maintain a Public Nuisance. Bond- $10,700
Mrs. Hackman: Distribution, Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance. Bond - $10,000
Mr. Pryor: Distribution, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Use of drug Paraphernalia - $50,000
Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher said additional charges may be filed in in the case pending the return of laboratory analysis from the Missouri State Crime lab.
