Rich Hill - The Rich Hill Fire Department responded early Monday morning 11-28-2016 at 0624 hours to a fire at 608 N. Second Street where a single family residential dwelling was found with heavy smoke showing. Firefighters from Butler Fire Department also responded.
The home was occupied at time of the fire. The fire was extinguished without incident. No injuries to report.
The fire was quickly taken under control but not before heavy fire and smoke damage occurred.
The fire was under control at 0709 hours. Local authorities conducted the investigation on cause and origin of fire, which appears to not to be suspicious.
