UPDATE: Suspect who fled on foot now in custody in Butler

The Bates County Sheriffs Office just advised us that the unknown Hispanic male subject who fled from officers after a police pursuit around 3am this morning has been arrested without incident.

The suspect was taken into custody by the Butler Police Department on Mill Street between Elks Drive and Sunset Drive in North Butler.
