The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2012 Chevrolet Equinox Driven by 56 year old Daniel H. Noyes of Lamar, Missouri ran off the left side of the roadway struck a pole and overturned.
Mr. Noyes sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Barton County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Abernathy Tow.
