Oklahoma man arrested in Cass County

On 12/21/16 around 1:21am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 20 year old Sheldon T. Willis of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mr. Willis was arrested for 1.) Felony Property Damage 2.) Felony Resisting Arrest.

He was booked into the Cass County Jail and placed on a 24 hour investigative hold.
