Rich Hill man arrested after crash near Hume

On 12/15/16 around 10:01pm the Missouri State Highway in Bates County arrested 43 year old James A.Scott of Rich Hill, Missouri.

Mr. Scott was arrested for 1.) Felony Driving while Intoxicated 2.) Driving while suspended 3.) Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving a accident.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
