At about 9:30 last night officers of the Garden City Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of F Hwy regarding an assault that had taken place. Tow truck operators, who were at the property to reposes a vehicle were assaulted by two males and a female.
When officers arrived, the suspects ran into the house. Officer were able to take two suspects into custody a 49 year old woman from Garden City and a 47 year old male from Garden City.
A records check of the male suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest out of Garden City Municipal Court. The third suspect has been identified.
