Great Information to pass along!

Power outages are not necessarily likely this weekend, but if they do occur and you make use of a generator, it is so important to be very, very careful! NEVER run your generator in your garage or near any enclosed space. 

Carbon monoxide poisoning is a tremendously deadly risk! In addition, never connect your generator directly to your home's electrical system unless it is through a professionally installed and inspected transfer switch. 

Without that transfer switch, you will risk electrocuting the crews trying to restore power. BE SAFE!
