Mound City Kansas man arrested in Bates County

On 1/20/17 around 11:25pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 32 year old Jesse L. Hogan of Mound City, Kansas.

Mr. Hogan was arrested for 1.) Two Misdemeanor Bates County Warrants - Failure to Appear in Court 2.) Four Misdemeanor Cass County Sheriffs Office Warrants - X3 Failure to appear in court, 1 drug possession violation.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a $960 cash only bond.
