Cecelia attended school in Kelso, WA and graduated from high school there in 1965. She was a longtime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and also a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Nevada. Cecelia loved to bake, play bingo, bowling, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include three children, Jefferson Scott Creech (Jeanie), Jane, MO, Danita “Dede” Brock, Rocky Comfort, MO, Daniel Lee Creech (Candaleah), Nevada; grandchildren, Paighton Brock, Raegan Brock, Olivia Creech, Thomas Cheech; siblings, Joseph W. Pace, CA, MaryElin Peterson, Monett, MO, Jerri Donaldson, (James) Vancouver, WA, Joseph Richardson, Vancouver, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Maureen Morris, Michelle Richardson; and one brother, Mike Richardson.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Nevada with Rev. Chris Deines officiating. The family will receive friends at10:30 prior to the service. Interment will be held in California at a later time.
