Osceola man arrested in St. Clair County

On Dec. 31, Raymond Smith, 37, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony possession of a controlled substance and class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 

Total bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on Dec. 27 and stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Aug. 25.
