One of the messages that really resonated with Missourians in 2016, "It's a Passing Lane...Not a Cruising Lane," was posted to MoDOT's statewide Facebook account.
The message was seen by 1.15 million people and had 10,000 shares, 4,900 reactions and 344 comments.
