On 2/1/17 around 6:15pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with the Adrian Fire Department and Bates County EMS responded to a one vehicle accident on the West Outer Road of I-49 around .5 miles North of Passaic.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by 19 year old Janie E. Green of Butler, Missouri was traveling Northbound when she traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a metal culvert before coming to rest in a ditch.
Janie E. Green sustained moderate injuries in this accident and she was transported by Bates County EMS to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle received extensive damages and was towed from the scene by Douty's Tow.
