Butler Project
Prom 2017
Dear Business Owners, Parents, Families and Friends.
Plans for the
29th Annual Project Prom 2017 are well under way. This event, which is held immediately after
Prom, is hosted by the parents of the Butler High School Juniors and
Seniors. Our goal is to provide a fun,
drug and alcohol free environment for the juniors, seniors, and their dates.
Many activities
are planned including a free t-shirt for each student, games, food,
entertainment and lots of great prizes for all.
The Project Prom
Committee started working on fundraising activities during the summer and are
looking for donations from parents of the students, businesses, local
organizations, churches and individuals.
We understand that many of you are approached for donations from other
schools and organizations, but our hope is that you will be willing to support
this event for the students of the B.H.S.
If you have been
a supporter in the past, "We THANK YOU" and hope for your continued
support. If you are a first time
supporter we hope that you will make this an annual event to support. The Project Prom parents work hard to make
this a success, but could not do it without our community support.
If you are giving a monetary gift we have 3 categories:
Gold:
$100 and up, your name or business will be printed on the back of the
Project Prom t-shirts and be listed on a Thank You poster as well as in the
newspaper.
Silver: $50-$99, your name or business will sponsor a
prize/event at Project Prom and be listed on a Thank You poster as well as in
the newspaper.
Bronze: up to $49, your name or business will be
listed on a Thank You poster as well as in the newspaper.
