On 2/15/17 Around 5:55pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 33 year old Michelle L. Bourland of Lowry City, Missouri.She was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Michelle L. Bourland was booked into the Garden City Police Department and she was later released.
