On 2/8/17 around 9:30am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and Drexel Fire Department responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on CR 14001 around the area of the Drexel City Lake.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2012 Honda driven by 20 year old Travis J. Mercer of Drexel, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway, overturning and striking a fence.
Mr. Mercer sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by private vehicle to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Adrian Tire.
