On 2/6/17 around 10:05pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in bates County arrested 43 year old Thomas S. Marshall of Weston, Missouri.Mr. Marshall was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Driving While Revoked.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
