On 2/5/17 around 4:30am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County along with Henry County Sheriffs Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Missouri 52 Highway 3/10 of a mile East of NE County Road 981 in rural Henry County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County says the accident occurred when the 2013 Nissan driven by 22 year old Zachary T. Foreman of Windsor, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a embankment and overturned ejecting Mr. Foreman from the vehicle.
Zachary T. Foreman sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was treated at the scene of the accident by a EMT crew. The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Jay's Tow.
He was arrested and charged with 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Careless and Imprudent Driving Resulting In A Accident. Mr. Foreman was cited with tickets and released.
