On 3/3/17 around 1:43am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 56 year old Mikeral A. Carter of Butler, Missouri.Mr. Carter was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful us of drug paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
