On 3/13/17 around 2:02am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 41 year old Earl E. Barr from Pflugerville, Texas.Mr. Barr was arrested for 1.) Felony Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Lane Violation.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
