The Nevada Fire Department says when crews arrived on scene they found a two story residence with smoke and fire showing on the second floor.
An interior attack was conducted and the fire was contained to the second floor of the structure. A full salvage and overhaul was conducted and both occupants of the home were able to exit the home without injuries.
The cause of the fire was electrical in nature and the damage was estimated at $42,000 for both home and contents.
