John L. Miller, age 87 of Butler, Missouri died Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Breezy Meadows Nursing Home in Butler. He was born November 9, 1929 to Gus H. and Annie C. Jackson Miller in Franklin County, Texas.
John is survived by his wife, Mary Miller in Butler, Missouri; four daughters, Pam Kelly and Donna Miller of Houma, Louisiana, Gina Lee of Kirksville, Missouri and Joy Woods and husband Gene of Huntsville, Texas; two stepsons, Travis Rees of Camarillo, California and Robert Rees of Butler, Missouri; a brother, Billy Glen Miller and wife Janie of Arthur City, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Wanda in 1982; four brothers; a son, John W. Miller; and a daughter, Nancy Miller.
