Eric was born on July 15, 1968 in Monett, MO to Gerald F. and Virginia May (Henry) Landoll. Eric graduated from Nevada High School Class of 1986, received his Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri Southern State College and in 1994 he earned a law degree from Missouri University at Columbia.
Eric practiced law in Nevada for many years. He married Angela Lynn Huber on June 1, 1996 in Nevada. Eric will be remembered by his family as being a devoted husband and father. His life centered around his children and their activities. He enjoyed teaching his children how to hunt, fish, cook and enjoy the outdoors. He especially loved to travel on family vacations.
In addition to his wife, Angie, he is survived by his three children, Abigail Landoll, Clay Landoll and Carter Landoll all of the home; two brothers, Brad Landoll and Damon Zilliox; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Russell Landoll.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in the United Methodist Church, Nevada, with Rev. Sharon Freeman and Pastor David McKinley officiating. Family will receive friends 5-7:00 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Ferry Funeral Home Chapel. Those who wish may contribute in Eric’s memory to the Nevada R-5 Scholarship Foundation in care of Ferry Funeral Home.
