Wanted fugitive found in building by school in Vernon County

Brenden M Loveall, 18, of Nevada, who was wanted on a felony warrant for failure to appear on charges of Sexual Misconduct Or Attempt Involving A Child Under 15, was arrested by Sheriff’s Office personnel in a building near Truman Elementary Monday afternoon. 

According to Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher, his office received a tip of the location where Loveall was hiding. 

“Loveall tried giving us a fake name but he was identified by photo” said Mosher.

Loveall was a suspect in a foot pursuit from early Monday involving deputies South of Nevada. Loveall is being held in the Vernon County Jail with no bond.
