Timmy Carter identified a male individual who allegedly punched him on the left side of his face after a dispute regarding tires on a vehicle that was sold to him.
Mr. Carter said the individual walked up to him while he was working on a lawn mower and hit him one time with a closed fist. The individual stated he hit Carter in self-defense.
