Butler man arrested on warrant

David W. Allen 

On 5/24/17 around 11:17am the Butler Police Department arrested 31 year old David W. Allen of Butler, Missouri.

Mr. Allen was arrested for 1.) Bates County Sheriff's Office Warrant for Probation Violation Original Charge:Theft/Stealing of property or services more then $500 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance - Marijuana under 35 grams.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and is listed as bondable.
