Charges Filed in Cass County

Brian Parks 

On 05/11/2017, the Cass County Prosecutor's Office filed additional charges against Brian Parks from the homicide investigation last November. 

Mr. Parks was arrested on November 28th and charged with 1st degree assault and has been held on a cash-only bond since that date. The following additional charges were filed:

Murder 1st Degree
Armed Criminal Action
