Clinton man arrested on multiple county warrants

On 5/13/17 around 11:42am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County arrested 35 year old Dustin D. Phelps of Clinton, Missouri.

Mr. Phelps was arrested for 1.)  Felony Cass County Sheriff's Office Warrant - Failure to appear 2.) Butler Police Department Warrant (X4).

He was booked into the Henry County Jail and placed on a $2,500 Cash only bond.
